Tyler Machine Tool Hosts "Solutions for Profitability"(Download this press release in PDF format)
Seabrook, New Hampshire, September 25, 2006 — Tyler Machine Tool Co., Inc. of Seabrook, NH and South Windsor, CT will host a 3 day open house under the theme of "Solutions for Profitability" at its Seabrook, NH facility on October 17, 18 and 19. All machines will be under power. Presentation hours will be from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. each day.
"Most customers from the New England area do not make it to IMTS in Chicago in September, so we decided to bring a bit of IMTS to them" according to Dave Tyler, V.P. "More than ever our customers need the latest technology to compete both at home and globally. Our experience is that our customers are able to spend more time investigating the technology that's available to them and they enjoy the additional attention they can get at an event like this. There are no time pressures and the atmosphere is much more relaxed for our customers. We will demonstrate a wide variety of equipment and solutions that fit our customers' needs."
"We have many new models to introduce to New England job shops and manufacturers this year. The new upgraded models of the NexTurn line of CNC Swiss type turning machines, available up to 38 mm capacity and seven axes, will be demonstrated along with grinding, sawing, CNC turning and milling machine tools. We want to show our customers how we can help them succeed amidst the global competition they are up against every day."
Mori Seiki's newest technology, the NT Series multi-function machines, which incorporate Driven at the Center of Gravity (DCG) and collision avoidance technologies, will be demonstrated, along with Mori Seiki's NH-DCG horizontal machining center with multi pallet pool. DCG technology drives a machine's axes along their center of gravity and incorporates a box-in-box design, allowing for higher feeds with better finishes and accuracies than the current technology in use by competitors' machines. Additionally, the newest DURA Series turning centers and vertical machining centers will be under power as well. The DURA Series machines represent Mori Seiki's latest entry into the low cost arena to meet competitive machines in this market. NL Series turning centers will be on display as well.
A complete host of high productivity machine tool accessories will be demonstrated, including work holding systems, auto-load bar feed systems, automation systems, high pressure coolant systems, machine monitoring systems and more. Factory representatives will be available to answer any questions or inquiries attendees may have.
For customers in Connecticut and western Massachusetts, free transportation has been arranged for people interested in attending. Please call Tyler Machine Tool's Connecticut office for arrangements at 860-528-4010 no later than October 10th.
In addition, a lunch will be hosted each day. For more information, visit Tyler Machine Tool's web site at www.tylermachine.com.
