Thank you for the excellent support you gave us on this recent issue.

What really impressed me was how methodical and meticulous both (Tyler Engineers) Steve and Paul were in analyzing the problem. They worked through things very methodically and as they made/tested each hypothesis, it was based on excellent, sound judgment. They also worked excellent as a team.  As an engineer myself, I can be a tough grader, but these guys both get A+ from me.

I was surprised to see someone here a day early. I can’t say that I’m at all surprised at the job they did because that level of excellence appears to be the normal mode of operation for you guys.

I also appreciate the advice they gave us on how to improve the installation. We’ll be fixing a few things here in the next few days.
