High Rigidity — A spindle with a large-diameter bearing is used to improve rigidity. The spindle drive uses DDS (Direct
Drive Spindle) motor gearless technology to bring out its full power at all speeds. The machine uses a thick, high-rigidity bed with the X and Z-axis linear
guides in a high position.
High Speed and Accuracy — Scale feedback specifications come standard along with a 12,000 RPM spindle. Traverse rates have also been improved to 60 m/min.
